Are there allergens in Sun Lolly products?

Some products contain allergens. You will find all allergen information clearly highlighted on the packaging.

Are Sun Lolly products vegan?

Our Organic ice pops follow the principles of the European Vegetarian Union and are certified vegan. Some other products are also suitable for vegans even where not explicitly labelled. All ranges are gluten-free and lactose-free.

Are your products halal or kosher?

Depending on the region, halal certification may be shown directly on the packaging.

Do Sun Lolly products contain artificial flavours or preservatives?

No. Sun Lolly products are made without artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Our fruity ice lollies are made with fruit juice.

Why is my favourite Sun Lolly flavour no longer available?

We constantly work to optimise our products and adjust them to the preferences of Sun Lolly consumers. That means your favourite flavour may sometimes leave the assortment. But we hope you will discover a new Sun Lolly favourite soon.

How often do you launch new Sun Lolly flavours?

Every year, we introduce two new Sun Lolly Limited Edition flavours. It is our way of bringing something fresh to the freezer while keeping the familiar Sun Lolly ritual families know.

Can Limited Edition flavours come back?

Sometimes a flavour becomes a favourite, and sometimes it stays a one-season surprise. We use feedback and consumer preferences when we decide what should stay, change or return.

Freezing & storage

How should I store Sun Lolly before freezing?

Sun Lolly can be stored at room temperature until you are ready to freeze. That makes it easy to keep at home for sunny days, playdates and spontaneous family moments.

How long does Sun Lolly take to freeze?

Freeze your Sun Lolly at home for 24 hours, ideally at -18°C. Then cut the top of the triangle pack, squeeze and enjoy.

How long does Sun Lolly stay fresh?

Sun Lolly has a minimum shelf life of 24 months. We do not recommend refreezing a thawed Sun Lolly, as ice crystals can affect the texture and taste.

Pack & format

How much does a Sun Lolly contain?

Each pouch is around 65 g and holds 60 ml of ice. Classic comes in packs of 8; Organic in packs of 7.

What does the pack look like?

The iconic triangular pouch. No stick, no mould. You cut the top and squeeze. It’s actually a tetraeder, if you would like to know the geometric term.
